Basalt Mesh Fabric
Basalt mesh fabric is made of basalt fiber non-twisted yarn or twisted yarn, coated by polymer anti-emulsion soaking. It has good alkali resistance, flexibility and high tensile strength in the warp and weft direction, and can be widely used in internal and external walls of buildings, fire prevention, heat preservation, anti-cracking, etc. Its performance is better than that of glass fiber for wall or highway reinforcement materials.

Two major series of products can be developed with CBF basalt grid cloth as follows.
1. Interior wall insulation grid cloth, can effectively avoid the plaster layer due to the overall surface tension contraction and external forces caused by cracking, light and thin grid cloth is often used in wall renovation and insulation.
2.Exterior wall insulation grid cloth, mainly applied to cement, plaster, walls, buildings and other buildings inside and outside the surface enhancement, anti-cracking.
3.GRC component reinforcement grid cloth, suitable for cement concrete products, GRC wall panels, GRC component reinforcement
